General Questions

Is an online demo available? An online demo will be made available with the release of Real Estate Manager version 1.1

What are the server requirements? Linux server running Apache, PHP5 or newer, and MySQL 4.1 or newer. The PHP GD module is required for image uploading/thumbnail generation. ImageMagick is recommended, but should not be required.

Will it run on Windows Server/IIS? Windows support has not been tested. It may work with some modifications. Support is not currently offered for Windows installations.

Troubleshooting

Image uploads will not work Make sure the image size is within the maximums set in the Site Configuration section of the admin control panel. Also double-check the upload path to ensure that it exists. The webserver also needs write access to this folder, so make sure it is chmoded to 755 777.

Nothing works, just says "could not connect to database" Ensure that the correct database name, username, and password are entered in the db.php file located in the inc folder. Ensure that the MySQL server is running and accepting connections
